I wanted to give you an update on the Energy Efficient Lighting project you proposed in December of 2008. Since the installation in January 2009, we have recognized a tremendous cost savings here at Affiliated Insurance Agencies. With the new ballasts installed in our original fixtures and the T-8 bulbs you put in in our entire office building, we have seen a 49% reduction in our electric bills from MG&E, not to mention the $452 Focus On Engery rebate we received as well. Your projection of a 14 month payback is on target to be met. We have all been very pleased with the lighting quality in our work environment and I believe productivity is up. With the recent economic problems were facing, it sure has been a great savings to our bottom line. Thank you again for a quality job done and an honest assessment in payback.
